Comparative Study of the Concept of Justice in Imam Khomeini and SayyidQutb’s Political Thought

Justice is one of the most important tendencies andinteractions in human existence that sustains the human society. In addition,one of the fundamental concepts in the field of political theories that havebeen the first concern of humanity since the early days and the minds of many scholarshave been involved in the concept of justice. Imam Khomeini and SayyidQutb arethe major thinkers who have been involved in the theorizing in this field andaccording to their position; they have been implementing it in the community.These two great contemporary thinkers of Islam in the field of justice areknown as influential figures. In this paper, it has been attempted to analyzeand analyze the concept of justice in the political approach of the two majorthinkers and philosophers of the Islamic world. The results of the study showedthat: Imam Khomeini and SayyidQutb differ in the definition of justice, theimportance of justice in their speeches and the areas of justice, and each hasa special view in these fields
